IGGYWOO translates to “Live Your Imagination.” Founded by second-generation perfumer Richard Saint-Ford in Los Angeles, California. Everything he creates is rooted in the fragrance legacy of his late grandmother, a self-taught artisan perfumer for over thirty years. new era of olfactory innovation.
Ingredient Philosophy
Raised by his artisan perfumer grandmother, Saint-Ford’s early exposure to the craft inspired him to tell stories through scent, reflecting his rich, multicultural upbringing, spanning the Caribbean, California and Europe. Each perfume uses native and rare ingredients from the places our founder has called home, intertwining an expression of personal memories, cultural experiences and imagination.
Upcycled Ingredients
We use upcycling technology to enhance our fragrance formulas, utilising up to 75% across our collection. What upcycled means is we repurpose materials such as unsold jasmine flowers or visually imperfect vanilla pods that are discarded and would otherwise be headed for landfill. All have unique scent profiles that vary by their source, influencing our selection process, whilst being more planet-conscious and responsible.
Consciously Free From Formulas
All products are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, organic-infused and free from the use of dyes. Our newest fragrance FLOWER BOY is made using zero allergens, one of the first within the fine fragrance market.
As natural doesn't always mean safer, nature-identical ingredients are used for expansive creation purposes, and are less likely to cause allergies and reactions, and harvesting natural ingredients for fine fragrance can require tons of botanicals for a very small amount of material, and so we opt for a more sustainable and mindful choice of creation.
