How do I return an item? We accept returns by mail for items purchased from Iggywoo.com or within any of our permeant or pop up stores, within 14 days from the day the order was received. Please contact shop@iggywoo.com for all returns. Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Any shipping costs for each return will not be refunded and/or will be deducted out of the final amount paid back to the customer. Discovery Sets cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we do, you will be prompted at check-out to provide shipping information and a cost will be generated by our shipping and handling partner.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to Iggywoo customer service by emailing shop@iggywoo.com . Please use CANCEL/AMEND ORDER in your subject line.
How do I change the shipping address on my order? Addresses for orders can only be modified within 15 minutes of placing the order. Please reach out to our customer service shop@iggywoo.com

Are your products all hand blended? Yes. We hand blend, hand fill/pour every product within our full range of products. We also offer our Essence Reserve fragrance, these are created in limited batches, blended using some of the most rare and intricate oils from around the world and as such have an increased price offering.
What alcohol do you use in your fine fragrances? We use 100% organic sugarcane alcohol.
Can my perfume expire? Eau de parfum by nature is oil sitting in pure alcohol which acts as a preservative, so expiration in perfume is a technicality. In fact many scents continue to age as time goes on - as long as they are not subject to drastic temperature, humidity, and sunlight changes.
What Are The Fine Fragrances Made From We formulate using organic infused botanicals and synthetics where proven to be less irritating and less harmful to the body - all of our products and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA). Naturals vs synthetics in perfume is often misunderstood. Many of the strictest regulations in perfume come from natural materials! Naturals can also pose sustainability problems. Rest assured, we source our ingredients from the most ethical companies in the world who are at the forefront of material fragrance safety.
What type of ingredients do you use in your fragrances? Our products use a mix of organic infused botanicals and synthetics and are 100% vegan, cruelty free and free from dyes, parabens and phthalates. You can find the ingredient panel for each product on our website on the product page.
What carrier oil do you use in the roll-on fine fragrances? We use organic fractionated coconut oil.
Do you use paraffin in your candles? No, there is no paraffin wax in our wax blend. Our wax formulation is all-natural.
What kind of wicks do you use? We use non-bleached lead-free cotton wicks for our candles.
The metal jars get very hot when burning, is this normal? Yes. The custom-created polished metal jars will get hot when lit and burn our ambient scents, we advise always placing your candle on top of a heat resistance area and handling with extreme caution when touching the jar until its cooled down.
What can I do with my empty metal jar? We designed our beautiful metal candle vessel with discreet laser engraved branding so they can be reused throughout the spaces you inhabit.
A helpful tip to get out the remaining wax is to leave it in the freezer for over 24 hours, and said wax should pop out with a strong smack on the base. Clean away any leftover wax residue with light soap and water.
How do I care for my candle? Our candles are made from organic soy-vegetable wax and use a cotton wick. The burn time is approx. 60 hours. Our hand made and hand polished candle vessels are meant to be reused and repurposed, and please take care as they can get hot when handling if burned 75% of the way.
For optimal burning, trim wicks to a ¼ inch before each light to avoid smoking and overheating the metal vessel. The first burn should be long enough for the surface layer to liquify to the edge to ensure even subsequent burns and prevent tunnelling – we recommend 2 hours. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time. Do not leave unattended.
