DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING (UK & US) We offer free shipping on all US orders at $198 or over. All UK orders placed before 12:00 pm will be to your doorstep within 2-3 business days. For US shipping times, please see shipping estimate at checkout.

We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best
to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email shop@iggywoo.com and operation@iggywoo.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL) We ship worldwide from both our France warehouse and UK warehouse. Shipping options are calculated at checkout and are subject to the local carrier unless eligible for free shipping.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless specifically calculated and paid at
checkout. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from
you by the carrier upon delivery unless already paid.

Refused shipments are not eligible for a
refund and will be issued as store credit, minus the initial shipping
cost.

RETURNS You can return any unopened product purchased on our site within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact both these email address on the same enquiry email shop@iggywoo.com and operation@iggywoo.com , and we will help you with instructions for the next steps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and without damage, in its
original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items
sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and
inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES You can exchange any unopened product purchased on
