We accept returns by mail for items purchased from Iggywoo.com or within any of our permeant or pop up stores, within 14 days from the day the order was received. Please contact shop@iggywoo.com for all returns. Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Any shipping costs for each return will not be refunded and/or will be deducted out of the final amount paid back to the customer. Discovery Sets cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.

Yes we do, you will be prompted at check-out to provide shipping information and a cost will be generated by our shipping and handling partner.

We use 100% organic sugarcane alcohol.

Eau de parfum by nature is oil sitting in pure alcohol which acts as a preservative, so expiration in perfume is a technicality. In fact many scents continue to age as time goes on - as long as they are not subject to drastic temperature, humidity, and sunlight changes.

We formulate using organic infused botanicals and synthetics where proven to be less irritating and less harmful to the body - all of our products and adhere to the latest safety and environmental regulations of the International Fragrance Research Association (IFRA). Naturals vs synthetics in perfume is often misunderstood. Many of the strictest regulations in perfume come from natural materials! Naturals can also pose sustainability problems. Rest assured, we source our ingredients from the most ethical companies in the world who are at the forefront of material fragrance safety.

Our products use a mix of organic infused botanicals and synthetics and are 100% vegan, cruelty free and free from dyes, parabens and phthalates. You can find the ingredient panel for each product on our website on the product page.
